Examination Form’s for the Repeater/Fail/ATKT & Those students who previously
admitted but did not appeared for the examination

For appearing, March/April Examination students suppose to fill & submit their exam forms in the month of November/December.
•
For appearing, October Examination students suppose to fill & submit their exam forms in the month of June/July.
•
During Exam Form submission students should checkout the syllabus for the respective class i.e., (whether old or revised) in Room no. 005, Ground floor of IDE Building.
•
Exam Form’s should be issued only after producing I- Card of the respective class,
in window No.007, Ground floor (Backside) of IDE Building.
•
Exam Form’s should be filled only with Black Pen.
•
Bring All documents original with one Xerox copy
•
Timing:- 11 am to 2.30 pm (except 1.00 to 1.30 pm) Monday to Friday (Except Public Holiday)
•
The Examination fees will be accepted by Demand Draft / Pay order only. Drawn in favour of ‘Professor cum Director, Institute of Distance Education, University of Mumbai’ payable in Mumbai.
