IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS For Examination of Distance and Open Learning Mumbai University 2010

1. Candidates are requested to collect their Hall Tickets duly signed by the authorized person of the Institute of Distance and Open Learning from Monday, 12th April, 2010 and onwards during office hours from the Institute of Distance and Open Learning, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Bhavan, Room No. 211, 2nd floor, Vidyanagri, Santacruz (East), Mumbai - 400 098. They are requested to bring their Identity Card and one passport size photograph alongwith them.

2. In case any error or discrepancy is noticed in the Hall Ticket the candidates appearing at the Mumbai Centre are requested to bring it to the notice of the Professor-cum-Director, Institute of Distance and Open Learning in writing and obtain necessary orders in the matter, before the commencement of examination.

3. Candidates appearing through the mofussil centers, are requested to bring such mistakes or discrepancies to the notice of the Chief Conductor of the Center in writing on the same day on which the Hall Ticket is collected. The Chief Conductor is authorised by the Professor-cum-Director, Institute of Distance and Open Learning to carry out the necessary corrections after ascertaining the facts from the Institute by Telephonic Call.

4. No complaints about the mistakes or discrepancies if any in the Hall Ticket will be entertained after the conclusion of the examination.

5. The Hall Ticket will not be issued to the parents, relatives, friends or any other person without authority letter of the candidate, if the candidate is not able to collect the same personally. (Identification of such person is required)
