All the applicants are requested to follow the instructions carefully before filling up the application form. Applicants shall check the "Application Process Flow" chart of admission process from University website. Click Here

Understand properly the admission schedule, instructions provided on the University portal before filling the admission form.

Information regarding the Eligibility rules, courses, Subjects available, fee structure, Freeship and Scholarship etc. is available on the University portal.
It is a applicants responsibility to check the eligibility crateria before taking the admissions to any course.

If applicants willing to apply for scholarship or freeship, are requested to read the instructions and required documents carefully. All the documents are compulsory at the time of admission form filling at the ALC. In case of Freeship and Scholarship if the applicants are failed to submit/produce any of the necessary required documents he will not be able to claim for Freeship and Scholarship. ALC will not accept the forms of those applicants.

Applicants passed their 12th examination from other than HSC Maharashtra State Board, other states / NIOS / other than University of Mumbai shall obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate from IDOL Eligibility office before submitting the application form at ALC. Applicants applying for admission should be present in person at nearest ALC at the time of filling the online admission form.

Before filling the application form Applicants are requested to check their eligibility required for the course.

Fill it with black ball point pen only. It is expected that application form should be clearly and completely filled. Avoid overwriting the letters.

Applicants are required to fill up the printed application form with personal details, complete postal address, Reservation, Guardian, academic, Course, elective subject, Demand Draft details, PCP centers, Exam Centers and required Documents information in the application form.

For the purpose of postal communication applicants are requested to fill his complete postal address in the application form. University will not be responsible for postal communication in case of address is wrong.

Applicants are requested to select the subjects carefully as the selceted subject will appear on Hall Tickets.

Fill and attached necessary required documents as per university requirements in Original and Xerox copies.

Draw a Demand Draft with Six months validity (Nationalized Bank Only) of requisite fee applicable to respective course. (See the Fee structure).

Demand Draft should be drawn in the favour of “Professor cum Director, IDOL, University of Mumbai” and it should be payable at Mumbai.

Attach all necessary Original and self attested true copies of the certificates to the application form.

Attached the Original Demand Draft with the application form.

Affix a recent passport size photograph in the appropriate box provided in the application form.

The applicants are advised to visit Nearest MKCL ALC Center (Click on Where to Apply) with the completed application form along with all necessary attested true copies of the certificates, original documents and Original Demand Draft.

The Applicants should carry the Original and attested Xerox copies of required documents for verification & confirmation of Application along with the fee DD at the ALC.
Important instruction regarding Attestation of Documents

The university has decided to accept the self- attested copies of documents /papers provided by the students.
-
It is made clear that if any false attestation / falsified record are detected, the student will be debarred from the university /institute and in addition a criminal case under relevant section of IPC (viz, 470,471,474 IPC etc) will be instituted against him/her to subject him/her to the requesting criminal proceedings.

ALC will verify the original documents and the attested true copies of the documents produced by the students at the time of admission.

ALC will scrutinize the filled admission form, original and Xerox documents, fee, Eligibility criteria etc. of the students.

ALCs are requested to verify all the necessary documents required as per university requirements and do not accept the forms with incomplete documents in any case.

ALC will enter the admission information in his online login.

Before printing the application form Applicants are requested to verify the information filled by the ALC. Once the application form is printed changes cannot be made.

After confirmation of the applicants ALC will print the application form from his login in two copies.

Students will sign the printed application form.

ALC will collect the documents handwritten form, printed form, Certificates/ documents, Original DD, and gives the issue the acknowledgement cum receipt of confirmation of Application Form and documents to students.

ALC will keep all the Original and required documents for admission confirmation process.

Once the application is confirmed at ALC, no change in the application form will allowed.

It is suggested to the applicants to keep a Xerox of the filled up application form and DD with them for record purposes.
Instruction for students After the Admission form filled at ALC
ALC will submit the all the apication forms with documents and DD to University

Admission form filling at ALC is not a final status of admission confirm. All the application form submitted at University will be checked and verified by the university admission section.

After verification of documents submitted by the applicants University will issue a Permanent Registration Number (PRN) to the eligible students only. The PRN will be communicated to applicants through SMS and email address provided by the applicants in the application form.

Applicants are requested to visit the IDOL/ University website for latest syllabus, admission status, updates, circulars and other current information. Information will not be communicated to applicants personally in any case.
